For certain items, 3 hour delivery is currently only applicable when you order to a Dubai address and if you ordered between 9 am to 4 pm weekdays, Sunday to Thursday.

Please note, 3 hour delivery is not available when an order is placed in the evening.

You'll see a banner on the product's description page that lets you know if an item is available for same-day delivery.

At checkout, you'll be able to select the same day as an option which will then apply to the eligible items in your cart. Upon selection, a fixed price fee of 20 Dirham will be applied.

Please note that we do not make deliveries on Friday. Therefore, 3 hour delivery will not be available as an option on Saturday and Friday, and next day delivery is not available on Thursday.

Same day delivery and/or next day delivery availability and how much it costs depends on the city we're delivering to. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer it in all cities yet.

Abu Dhabi & Sharjah

3 hour delivery is not currently available in these cities.

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

3 hour delivery is not currently available in KSA although, for certain items, the Same Day Delivery is currently available for Riyadh at a fixed price fee of 20 SAR, if you ordered before 12 pm.
