If the item you have ordered is the wrong size please feel free to contact our customer service team on 80074884 in UAE and 8003014884 in KSA. We will help to get the original item returned and exchange it for the right size.
Exchange/replacement terms and conditions:
- Exchange/replacement depends on the availability of the item on the SIVVI website (size/colour).
- An exchange can be requested for the same item (size/colour).
- The returned item must be in resellable condition with all tags, box and accessories intact.
- The request will usually take 24 to 48 hours to be confirmed but this may take longer during peak times, like sale periods.
- Sivvi will bear the difference in case a discount code was applied to the original order, capped at the original discounted amount. If the new desired colour/size is higher in price, the customer will bear the difference between the new price and the original price.
- The exchange/replacement request can't be cancelled after the amount has already been added to the wallet.
- If a return isn’t handed over to the courier after scheduling, we may debit the refunded amount of the replacement item from your SIVVI wallet. So please make sure you send off your return to avoid extra charges!
