How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order during the confirmation or while it's under preparing by logging into your Sivvi account and clicking on "My Account" > Orders. Every product ordered will be listed, by clicking on each you will get the option to cancel.
Once your order is shipped and sent out for delivery, you will receive SMS with a link and you can cancel the shipment using it as well.
Alternatively, you can send an email to care@sivvi.com or call us on 80074884 in UAE and 8003014884 in KSA during our regular working hours (Saturday to Thursday, 09:00 am-06 pm).
