What are the payment options?
You can choose from the following options to pay for your SIVVI orders:
1. Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX)
2. Cash on Delivery (Additional fees of 12 AED /18 SAR for this payment method)
3. Apple Pay is only available as a payment method for selected countries on our SIVVI app only, when using a supported device. If Apple Pay is available for your country, you will see this payment option at checkout.

What is Payment On Hold?

Can I split my payment between wallet and Credit Card/Cash on Delivery?
Yes. You can use the available credit in your wallet along with cash on delivery or credit card if your wallet amount does not match the entire order value.
Is it safe to save payment card details in my SIVVI account?
Your credit/debit card information will not be visible to SIVVI or any other party. You can delete your card details at any given time from your SIVVI profile. Card details are saved in your SIVVI profile purely for convenient checkouts of all your ...
