What options do I have when I return an item?

What options do I have when I return an item?

1- All the refunds will be credited to your SIVVI as a store credit

2- Bank cards/Prepaid payments: In case your original payment was made by Bankcard or any prepaid payment option,  you will receive a full refund as SIVVI store credits within 48 hours. Then the amount will auto transferred and it may take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.


3- In case you paid by cash and would like to transfer the funds from your SIVVI account to your bank account, you can email us with your banking details, after receiving the amount at your SIVVI account.

The banking details as below:
· Beneficiary name
· Beneficiary address
· Bank name
· Bank Address
· Account number
· IBAN
· Swift Code

Please note the refund will take 14 to 30 days starting from the date of receiving your request and full banking details.
