What is noon collect?
noon collect is a service provided exclusively for sivvi shipments that allows you to choose to collect your shipments from a convenient location through lockers.
Instead of delivering a package to your home or business address, you can select a noon collect location and pick up your shipment at a time that's convenient for you. Once your package is delivered to the locker, you'll receive an SMS with a unique pickup code that includes the address and opening times for your selected location.
When you arrive to collect your package, enter your pickup code or scan the barcode using the barcode scanner and follow the instructions on the screen.
All packages delivered to noon collect must be picked up within 5 days. If you're not able to collect your package within this timeframe, the package will be returned to us and you will receive a full refund.
What are lockers?
Lockers are storage solutions that allow you to self-collect shipments through a unique pin or code.
Where are these pickup points?
Upon checking out and being prompted to select an address, you should click on “Add A New Address” and you will see all the available noon collect destinations along with important information such as exact location, timings, etc.
How can I use this service?
Once the address is in your address book, you can select this address during the checkout process and complete your order as usual.
How long will my shipment stay inside the locker?
The shipment will be available for pickup for 5 days after the day of delivery. If the shipment is not picked up in this timeframe, it will be returned to us. If you used sivvi wallet credits to pay for the item(s) the amount shall be funded as sivvi wallet credits within 24 hours. If you used your card to pay for the item(s) and your account refund preference is set to card refund, the amount shall be refunded to your card within 48 hours. The amount may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending upon the issuing bank. However, if you used a combination of card and sivvi wallet credits to pay for the item(s) the amounts would be refunded to their respective payment source.
There was no cash on delivery option when I chose noon collect. Why?
For now, only prepaid shipments are eligible for noon collect. However, we are working to integrate credit card machines to allow card-on-delivery in the future.
Is it possible to return shipments through noon collect?
You can return your shipments by the standard returns process by raising such a request through our app or website using an existing address. However, as of now, returning shipments through our lockers isn’t possible.

There was no noon collect option for my order. Why?
This could be due to a variety of reasons:
I came to pick up my item and realised I don’t want it anymore. Can I put it back in the locker?
As of now, noon collect does not support returns. Kindly raise a return request through the app or website and use an existing address for returning any items that were delivered through noon collect.
Can I switch from noon collect to address delivery or vice versa?
Once you choose noon locker as your delivery address, you will not be able to change it to a home of office address
Is there any time frame for collection or scheduling the collection?
We will show specific timings for every locker location on the app and also mention it in the communications clearly. Timings may differ based on each location.
What kind of notifications will I receive once I pick my items from the locker? And how soon will I get the confirmation?
You will receive a confirmation notification through mail and SMS once you pick up your shipment from the locker.
How will I know which locker is mine to enter the code?
There is only one possible place to enter the code - on the sole locker touchscreen. This can be done through the physical keyboard or the on-screen keyboard.
Will I find all items in one box/bag or each item will be packed separately (example I ordered 3 items will I find 3 boxes)?
Your order may be packed in a single shipment to be delivered in a single locker, or into multiple shipments and will be delivered in multiple lockers.
What if the locker closes accidentally before I pick the item?
You can re-enter the code within 5 minutes if the locker accidentally closes.
Is there a limit of trials if I incorrectly entered the pin?
No, there is no limit of incorrect trials.
The pigeonhole did not open even after I successfully authenticated myself as per the screen. Please help.

I entered the noon collect address in my account manually, but it didn’t work.
If you entered the address manually instead of selecting a locker location through "Add a new address option", your order won't be delivered to the noon collect location. Please contact noon customer service at 800-38888 if you have manually entered the locker address.
I am a first-time customer and I selected a noon collect option on checkout. I now want to return my shipment(s) - however, it doesn’t show any address where I can do so.
Please go to the “Addresses” tab in the main menu and select the option “Add a new address”. Then proceed to add the address you wish to return the shipment from. Upon doing this, go to the “Returns” tab and select “File a new return request.” Then select the item(s) from the order(s) you wish to return, and select the address you had added as above.
Someone called me up to tell me that my shipment does not fit inside the locker and that they will have to deliver the shipment to my home address instead.
